Bedrooms
SLEEPS 10
The villa has four generous double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to ten adults. Each bedroom has stunning views over the property and surrounds.
The master bedroom is en-suite (including clawfoot bath), with french doors opening onto the sun deck and infinity edge swimming pool. There are also two other bathrooms throughout the house.
The twin bedroom opens onto a large landing area which has been made into a play area for children.
Infinity Edge Heated Swimming Pool
Completely secluded at the back of the house, you will find a striking infinity edge pool with gorgeous views over the surrounding vineyards.
The salt water swimming pool is heated, so it can be enjoyed from spring to well into the autumn. A high specification electric security cover keeps the area safe for young children.
Sun chairs and parasol are available on the terrace for taking the sun or for a bit of shade.
Dining & Entertaining
Internal Dining – The villa has an open plan modern kitchen with a spacious dining area that can easily accomodate 10 people. Brand new Smeg induction stove with large oven.
Pool Terrace Dining – Outdoor dining area that can accomodate 10 people, close to the swimming pool, and overlooking the stunning scenery. It is close to a modern and large gas Weber BBQ for your enjoyment.
Alfresco Dining – At the front of the house, outside the main dining room and kitchen, is a dining area under the vines, which can accomodate 10 people. Perfect for a shaded lunch on a hot sunny day! Modern and large Weber charcoal BBQ for your enjoyment.
Gardens
The villa has professionally landscaped gardens at the front, side and back of the house. They are suitable for children with large play areas and swings, plus entertaining space for alfresco dining. In the evenings, you can enjoy the whole property with outdoor lights on all terraces.
Stairs go down to a lower part of the garden with a deck perfect for sunbathing or taking a drink whilst admiring the stunning views of the country side, and another perfect for yoga.
Sitting Room
Next to the dining room is a stunning living room with old stones walls, ceramic tiled flooring, and exposed beams on the ceiling.
The lavish furnishings and fireplace make it a cosy and comfortable place in which to watch TV (200 plus stations and all internet products) or read a book from the library in the next room.
Bathrooms
The villa features two bathrooms, one shower room, as well as one guest toilet.
The downstairs master bedroom is ensuite and features the largest bathroom of the house, with stand alone clawfoot bathtub, and a walk-in shower. There is a separate bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a shower room on the first floor.
